Getting Started

How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Fill out my intake form and I’ll reach out to connect. From there, we’ll schedule a Meet & Greet so I can learn your pet’s routine, personality, and all their little quirks. This helps me provide the best possible care and ensures we’re a great fit for each other.

Do you require a Meet & Greet?
Yes, Meet & Greets are required for all new clients. They last 40 minutes and cost $25. This is an important step so your pets can get comfortable with me, and so I can learn everything I need to keep them safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I require a 50% deposit to secure your dates. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your dates are your dates no matter what. Any exceptions are at my discretion.

What’s the difference between you and a Rover sitter?

While Rover is a great platform for finding a variety of sitters, my approach is more intentional, personal, and relationship-based.

I’m not just picking up gigs, this is my full-time business and something I genuinely love to do. I intentionally take on a limited number of clients so I can provide consistent, one-on-one care and truly get to know your pets, their routines, personalities, and all their little quirks. They’re never just a time slot on my calendar.

I am also fully insured and operate as a professional business. This is important because many independent sitters may not carry insurance, which can leave pet parents at risk if something unexpected happens in the home or during a visit. With me, you have the added peace of mind of working with someone who takes both your pet’s care and your home’s safety seriously.

For many of my clients, I become a trusted, long-term part of their pet’s life. My goal is simple: when you’re away, your pets feel safe, loved, and completely at ease… and you feel that same sense of peace, too.

What types of pets do you care for?
I care for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and bunnies! I personally have cared for all of these as personal pets in my home. If they’re part of your family, they’re welcome here.

What’s included in a visit?
Each visit is tailored to your pet, but typically includes: 
Eyes on your pet at all times.
Fresh food and water
I'm pretty weird and animals seem to enjoy that
Potty breaks or litter box care
Playtime, enrichment, and companionship
Medication (oral/otic if needed)
Updates with photos/videos
Light home care (mail, plants, etc.)
Your pets aren’t just “checked on”… they’re genuinely cared for.

Do you stay in my home?
Yes! That is my entire business. I offer house sitting services for pets who do best with extended companionship. Staying in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and keeps their routine consistent.

💛 Safety & Trust

Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured and background checked. Your pets and your home are always in safe, professional hands.

What makes your services different?
My approach to petsitting is more luxurious compared to traditional petsitters and my prices reflect that level of service. 

📸 Communication

Will I get updates while I’m away?
Absolutely. You’ll receive regular updates with photos and videos so you never have to wonder how your pets are doing. Most clients tell me this is their favorite part. I recommend also downloading WhatsApp just in case service is bad for me or for you.

🕒 Scheduling & Availability

Do you have a set schedule?
I work within time blocks for drop-ins rather than exact times, but I always communicate clearly and will let you know if I’m running behind. Your pets will always be cared for within their scheduled window. Morning pottys are done by 945AM. Afternoon check ins are done by 3 PM. Dinner/bedtime pottys check ins are done by 830PM. Pets with medication have priority. 

🏠 Home Care

Can you help with things around the house?
Yes! I’m happy to help with small home care tasks like:

Bringing in mail/packages
Watering plants
Rotating lights/blinds
Light cleaning. 
It’s all part of keeping your home safe and lived-in while you’re away.

💸 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept multiple payment options for your convenience, Venmo, Cashapp, my software processes payments weekly, and I also offer Buy-Now-Pay-Later though PayPal.

🐶 Good Fit

What kind of clients are the best fit for you?
My clients are people who truly see their pets as family and want them to be cared for with patience, attention, and genuine love, not rushed or treated like an afterthought.
